Return Policy

Due to the nature of hand made custom personal care and our STRICT hygiene standards we can ONLY accept UNUSED press on nails ONLY on PRE DESIGNED Products. CUSTOM NAILS will NOT be able to be RETURNED as they are completely customised to you. So we will likely not be able to RESELL them.

Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund we must receive the item(s) in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING and UNUSED. This is for reasons stated above. As stated above we DON'T accept CUSTOM NAILS as a return or a refund. Please allow 7 days for us to process your return/refund or exchange request once we've received your package. So please note any package sent back to us MUST be UNUSED. ie a set of nails cannot have been worn and then returned to us as this goes against our hygiene standards.
